  • Offer clear information and advice throughout our interactions.

  • Safeguard your privacy and uphold confidentiality as appropriate.

  • Treat you with fairness, respect, and without prejudice.

  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding the progress of work and notify you upon its completion.

  • Provide guidance on how to raise a complaint and ensure prompt and equitable resolution.

The obligations Rata Insure owes to clients are outlined in the Financial Markets (Conduct of Institutions) Amendment Act 2022.
